What ages can attend?
5 to 12 years old. If your child is outside this range, contact us and we’ll advise.
What are the camp hours?
8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Drop-off/pick-up windows are listed on the Schedule page.
Extra care hours differ. Extended early care 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M - Extended late care 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Where is the camp located?
Emerging Minds Montessori Academy, Delray Beach. Exact address is provided after registration (or list it publicly if you prefer).
Is swimming instruction provided?
There is no swimming instructions provided, we will have camp counselor and life guards supervising swim time.
What should my child bring?
Swimsuit, towel, water bottle, sunscreen, sneakers/water shoes, and lunch/snack.
Do you provide lunch/snacks?
We do not provide snacks or lunch. However we will have pizza available for purchase on Fridays at the price of $5 per slice.
How do check-in and pick-up work?
Guardians sign in/out. Only authorized contacts may pick up. ID may be requested.
What if we’re late to pick-up?
Late fees apply after 6:00 P.M. for extra care. Fees apply after 5:00 P.M. for full day. Fee: $1 per minute.
What’s your refund policy?
See Refund Policy for details. In general, refunds depend on notice timing.
Can I switch weeks after registering?
Yes, if space is available. Requests must be made at least 6 days before the week starts.
What happens during bad weather?
Activities will take place indoor in classrooms or the gym.
Do you take photos/videos?
We may capture camp moments for marketing. You can opt out in the waiver/photo release.

What’s the camper behavior policy?
We expect respectful behavior. Unsafe behavior may require guardian pickup. (Details in Terms.)
Are spots limited?
Yes. Weeks can sell out. Register early.
