Registration fee

The one-time registration fee is $50. Non-refundable.

Cancellation by parent/guardian

There is no refund unless a major issue occurs. Each case will be reviewed by managment.

 

Switching weeks

Week switches are allowed if space is available and requested at least 6 days before start.

Missed days / early departure

No refunds for missed days or early departure.

Camp cancellation by organizer

If we cancel a camp week, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another available week.

 

Weather

Weather may modify activities. Refunds are not issued for weather changes unless the camp week is cancelled entirely.
