Enrollment and payment
Registration is confirmed when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation message/email. Pricing and availability may change until registration is complete.
One-time registration fee (if applicable)
A registration fee may apply once per child per season and covers administrative/material costs.
Attendance and conduct
Campers must follow coach instructions and safety rules. We reserve the right to request guardian pickup for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or harms others. In such cases, refunds are handled per the Refund Policy.
Health and safety
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical/emergency information and notifying us of allergies or conditions that require accommodation.
Drop-off and pick-up
Only authorized adults may pick up campers. Late pickups may incur fees as listed on the Pricing page.
Changes to schedule/location
We may adjust activities or schedules for safety, weather, or operational needs. Any major changes will be communicated.
Media consent
Photo/video terms are covered in the Waiver/Photo Release. You may opt out where offered.
Limitation of liability
Participation includes inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the liability terms in the Waiver.
